المهام والمسؤوليات

· إدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية ووضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات رأس المال البشري للمشاريع الدولية

· دعم استقطاب المواهب، تطوير الكفاءات، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للقوى العاملة

· العمل كحلقة وصل بين المستثمرين الأوروبيين والفرق الإقليمية

· الإشراف على التواصل المؤسسي والعلاقات العامة ذات الصلة بالموارد البشرية

· دعم تكامل الفرق واندماجها ضمن بيئات عمل متعددة الثقافات

Investor Personal Assistant

Location: Must reside in the European Union – No EU Visa Sponsorship
Travel: 40–50% between the EU & Middle East
Age Requirement: 25–45
Language Priority: Candidates with Lebanese dialect highly preferred
Work Style: Hybrid – Remote + Travel

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and culturally aware Investor Personal Assistant to support a private investor managing operations and projects between the EU and the Middle East. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to operate across diverse regions and time zones.

The role requires frequent travel between Europe and the Middle East and involves both executive-level administrative duties and personal assistance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, diaries, and cross-border schedules.

  • Prepare reports, investment briefs, presentations, and documentation.

  • Conduct research and provide insights on markets, projects, and investment opportunities.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison between the investor and partners in EU & Middle East.

  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and project teams.

Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange travel itineraries, flights, accommodation, and visa documentation.

  • Organize meetings, events, and business trips across multiple countries.

Project & Investment Assistance

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.

  • Support due diligence processes and market research.

  • Prepare briefing notes and status updates for investor review.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be based in the EU with the right to work – No sponsorship available.

  • Age between 25 and 45.

  • Fluency in English; Lebanese dialect is a significant advantage.

  • Able to travel up to 40–50% internationally.
